It is Acrylic Paint outlined in Ink and covered in Resin on a 12" x 16" gallery wrapped canvas. The back is wire mounted and ready to hang.
I once was young and impulsive.... An old Phil Ochs line. You just don't hear him as much as you should any more.
Completed in July of 2019
