That's Evolution (Original Painting) (SOLD)
This original painting is part of Brad Antifolk's "Anarchy of the Abstract series."
It is Acrylic Paint outlined in Ink and covered in Resin on a 24" x 24" gallery wrapped canvas.
All compositions are an excuse to outline color. As a child coloring books and comic books were my first introductions to art and it was the lines that stuck with me.
The resin traps the ink in and makes the colors pop. It also allows you to TOUCH the piece. The shine and reflection makes the piece different from most angles and always seem to look much better in person.
One of my favorite memories in my art career was seeing people taking selfies in front of this portrait of my kid giving the piece sign when it was hanging in a gallery in Dallas.
The painting includes wire and hardware, so it is ready to hang.
